If you need to ship an item to CTE Computer for warranty or repair work, please complete the RMA card and include it in the box with the returned item. If a product is not working due to a manufacturer defect, within 15 days of retail purchase, it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of CTE Computer. If the item is not working due to some other cause besides a manufacturer’s defect and you would like the item repaired, it can be done at a cost of $50.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. The item must be received back by CTE within 30 days of the date of sale on the retail receipt for any coverage under this warranty. Items received by CTE after 30 days from date of sale will be repaired at the cost of $50.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
The retail purchase receipt MUST accompany all returns. If the retail purchase receipt does not accompany the return, all repairs will be billable.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to and from CTE. The return must include payment for return postage in the form of check, money order, or credit card, equal to the shipping cost, otherwise the return will not be processed. All Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned to the sender at sender's expense.
